一、账户注册与管理 Account Registration and Management

二、CMDB的服务 Services of CMDB

1. 概述。CMDB的各种汇总统计数据，包括等位基因频谱、变异类型和变异密度，可在数据库的概述页面上获得。

Overview. The various summary statistics of CMDB including allele frequency spectrum, variant type, and variant density are available on the overview page of the database.

2. 查询等位基因频率。注册用户可以在主页上搜索基因、转录本、变异和基因组区域，了解基因组变异的等位基因频率。

Querying allele frequency. The registered users can search for the gene, transcript, variant, and genomic region to know about the allele frequency of genomic variants on the home page.

3. 查询GWAS的汇总统计信息。用户可以在“GWAS”界面查询GWAS对身高、体重指数(BMI)、年龄、双胎妊娠四种表型的汇总统计结果。

Querying the summary statistics of GWAS. Users can query the summary statistic results of GWAS with the four phenotypes of Height, Body mass index (BMI), Age, and Twins-pregnancy on the "GWAS" interface.

4. 远程接入服务。CMDBtools是一个Restful API，使研究人员能够跨远程站点访问CMDB。该API的指南显示在文档页面上。

4. Remote access service. CMDBtools, a Restful API, enables researchers to access CMDB across remote sites. The guidance of the API is shown on the DOCUMENTATION page.

5. 限制声明:

1)查询服务基于CMDB团队开展的现有群体基因组研究的统计结果。但鉴于目前研究的局限性，包括但不限于基因组学知识、实验、分析方法等方面的局限性，统计结果可能存在偏倚，相应的查询结果也可能存在偏倚。

2)我们向您展示的数据库查询结果，只能作为您所搜索领域结果的信息载体，不属于医疗机构的诊断报告;我们仅对查询结果提供合理保证，不提供诊断结论和治疗建议。

5. LIMITATION STATEMENT:

1) The query service is based on the statistical results from the existent population genomic study launched by CMDB team. But in view of the limitations of current research, including but not limited to the limitations of knowledge of genomics, experiment, analysis method, etc., the statistical results may be biased, and the corresponding query results may be biased.

2) THE DATABASE QUERY RESULTS WE SHOW YOU CAN ONLY BE USED AS THE INFORMATION CARRIER OF THE RESULTS FOR THE FIELD YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR AND DO NOT BELONG TO THE DIAGNOSIS REPORT OF MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS; WE ONLY PROVIDE REASONABLE ASSURANCE FOR QUERY RESULTS AND DO NOT PROVIDE DIAGNOSTIC CONCLUSIONS AND TREATMENT SUGGESTIONS.

6. 您确认并授权以下事项:

1)您承诺仅将CMDB用于您在申请注册用户时披露的科学研究，且仅在中华人民共和国大陆地区使用，不得用于任何商业目的；

2)您承诺在使用CMDB和进行相关研究时，您将遵守有关数据保护的法律、法规和伦理规范，并遵守相关法规和要求，包括但不限于《中华人民共和国生物安全法》和《中华人民共和国人类遗传资源管理条例》；

3)我们承诺，除非获得您的授权或适用法律法规允许，否则不会将与您的身份信息直接相关的信息转让给任何个人或组织。

YOU CONFIRM AND GIVE YOUR AUTHORIZATION FOR THE FOLLOWING:

1) YOU PROMISE TO ONLY USE CMDB FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH THAT YOU DISCLOSED WHEN APPLYING FOR REGISTERED USERS, AND ONLY IN THE MAINLAND OF PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, AND NOT FOR ANY COMMERCIAL PURPOSES；

2) YOU PROMISE WHEN YOU USE CMDB AND launch relevant research, you will abide by the relevant laws, regulations, and ethical norms on data protection, and comply with relevant regulation and requirements, including but not limited to the "Biosafety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Human Genetic Resources"；

3) WE PROMISE NOT TO TRANSFER INFORMATION DIRECTLY RELATED TO YOUR IDENTITY INFORMATION TO ANY PERSON OR ORGANIZATION UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY YOU OR ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGUALTION.

三、保证 Guarantees

1. 您保证遵守适用的法律法规、社会公德和诚实信用原则，在使用本网站的过程中不扰乱本网站的正常秩序，并承诺不从事下列行为:

1)以任何不被我们识别的方式访问或登录本网站，如机器人软件、蜘蛛软件、爬虫软件、刷屏软件等;

The establishment, signing, validity, interpretation, performance, modification, termination and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China, regardless of the provisions on conflict of laws. 2. 期限Period
